How to use alli (Orilistat 60mg):
Take one Alli capsule with each main meal that contains fat — up to three times per day with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The capsule should be taken during the meal or within one hour after eating. If you skip a meal or eat fat-free food, skip that dose. For best results, follow a low-calorie, low-fat diet and maintain regular physical activity. Avoid high-fat meals, as they can increase the chance of side effects such as oily stools or stomach discomfort. To ensure your body gets enough essential nutrients, take a multivitamin containing vitamins A, D, E, and K at bedtime, at least two hours after taking Alli.
Dietary & Usage Warnings: Avoid meals high in fat while taking Alli, as this can lead to unwanted side effects such as oily stools, gas, abdominal discomfort, or urgent bowel movements. The product works best when used with low-fat, low-calorie meals that include plenty of fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins. Taking more than the recommended dosage will not increase results and may increase the risk of digestive issues. Skip the dose if you skip a meal or eat fat-free food — never double the next dose.
Health & Medical Precautions: Do not use Alli (Orlistat 60mg) if you are under 18 years old, pregnant, or breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before use if you have chronic malabsorption syndrome, gallbladder problems, liver disease, or any digestive disorders. Alli is designed for adults with a BMI of 25 or higher and should be used only as part of a balanced diet and exercise plan. Using this product without medical advice or combining it with other weight-loss supplements may cause health complications.
Vitamin & Supplement Precautions: Because Alli blocks the absorption of some dietary fat, it can also reduce the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K. To maintain proper nutrition, it is recommended to take a daily multivitamin at bedtime or at least two hours after taking Alli

Alli works locally in your digestive system — it blocks the action of pancreatic and gastric lipase enzymes, which are responsible for breaking down dietary fat.About 25% of the fat you eat is not absorbed and instead passes through your digestive tract. This helps reduce overall calorie intake, leading to gradual weight loss.
Alli is an over-the-counter (OTC) weight-loss medication containing 60 mg of Orlistat. It’s the only FDA-approved non-prescription weight loss aid available in the U.S. for adults who are overweight (BMI ≥ 25).
